About the Event
Explore the amazing bird life of South Padre Island with a relaxed morning stroll on our boardwalk! Wander through stunning tidal wetlands and a peaceful freshwater oasis with our Naturalist Educators leading the way.
Signs of spring are everywhere to be seen! The birds are brightening up for the spring breeding season!
Tours are limited to 10 participants. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
Birding Tours at this time are limited to students above 13 years of age as well as adults and seniors.
Notice: The second half of our boardwalk is undergoing phase 1 of our freshwater wetland restoration project. Please see the notice on our home page for more details. For this reason, the guided tour fee is "half-off".
Ticket includes a $5 discounted guided tour fee and a discounted $7 admission fee.
