Explore the amazing bird life of South Padre Island with a relaxed morning stroll on our boardwalk! Wander through stunning tidal wetlands and a peaceful freshwater oasis with our Naturalist Educators leading the way.
The winter birding season is a joy to experience! The Laguna Madre bay is the perfect place for wintering waterfowl, shorebirds, birds of prey, and migratory songbirds to thrive alongside our colorful and warm subtropical resident bird species! Species diversity is at a most enjoyable level along the boardwalk!
Tours are limited to 10 participants. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
Birding Tours at this time are limited to students above 13 years of age as well as adults and seniors.
Ticket includes a $10 guided tour fee and a discounted $5 admission fee.
